With all the world throws at us it is easy to get caught up in the external. Now with so much information thrown at us it can be difficult to get to OUR truth. Many of us want to “fix” it by throwing a band aid at our symptoms or problems and solve others issues the same way. This does NOT get to the heart of the matter.
